| engineer to discuss the payout of lab with our clients |
| 2 according to the requirement of clients, with the “human-oriented” principle, our |
| designer will draw out the specification of all furniture with CAD. And space, sculpt, |
| safety, convenience etc. are all considered. Provide our clients with professional |
| advice and payout. |
| 3 when the blue print was settled down, our design engineer will check all the dimension |
| on site. |
| Post-sale promise: |
| 1 we provide “repair-free” service for two years since contract signed up. |
| 2 within Warranty period，we will have Follow-up Service to know the usage of our |
| products and the need of clients. |
| 3 If there are quality problem within warranty period, please inform us, our maintenance |
| engineer will appear on your work site in 24 hours. And resolve the problem in a week for |
| free. |
| 4 all damage caused by misuse within warranty, we can provide maintenance service, but |
| client take on the fee it may cause. |
5 for our products，we will provide maintenance service for the whole life of our products.
